ROBOTIC 5 GALLON PAIL PALLETIZING

A yellow six axis robot on a floor mounted linear rail picks white 5 gallon pails and stacks them in neat layers on wooden pallets, inside a guarded cell.

HOW IT WORKS

01

PAILS ARRIVE

White 5 gallon pails roll steadily down the roller conveyor toward the robot.

02

PICK

The end of arm gripper descends onto the pails and lifts them, two at a time.

03

TRAVEL AND PLACE

The robot glides along its rail past multiple pallet positions and places pails in a tight grid, layer by layer.

04

WRAP AND GO

The finished pallet rotates on a turntable stretch wrapper as clear film wraps the load.

FEATURES

One robot travels a long floor mounted rail to serve pallet positions on both sides of the aisle.

MECHANICAL

01 SEVENTH AXIS RAIL

The end of arm tool handles two pails per pick, doubling throughput and reducing mechanical cycles.

EFFICIENCY

02 TWO PAIL GRIPPER

Robot base bolted to a thick steel floor plate, welded structural steel frame, and steel roller conveyor.

DURABILITY

03 HEAVY DUTY BUILD

Tall wire mesh safety fencing, interlocked access door, and light curtains at the pallet opening.

SAFETY

04 GUARDED CELL

Pallet positions on two levels of racking for optimized storage and floor space management.

SPACE

05 TWO TIER PALLET FIELDS

Finished pallets move to a turntable stretch wrapper for immediate securement and transport.
